He did like the darker color of the roofing material they chose. <br /> <br />Howard wanted the sign sizes changed to no larger than the side sign, but smaller than the front sign. <br /> <br />Wing stated that they would go with 30" letters. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council approve Resolution No. 63, Series 1996, amendment of the Final PUD <br />for Firegrill Restaurant, with the following amendments: That the lettering on the front sign be <br />reduced to 30", the choice of the roof material be the deep gray, and the color of the sign be the <br />darker color (RD2857). Seconded by Sisk. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 5 - 0 vote with <br />Lathrop and Levihn being absent. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 57, SERIES 1996 - FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR LOT 15, <br />BLK 6 - CTC - CONTINUED FROM 9/17/96 MEETING <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that the applicant had increased the size of the building by 12%, <br />from 15,015 s.f. to 16,800 s.f. Landscaping is proposed at 17.5%. Parking space count was 33. <br />Two landscaped islands had been included in the parking lot. Bike racks were shown at both tenant <br />entrances on the east and west ends. Staff asked that the windows be reinstated per the elevation <br />Council reviewed on September 17, that would carry the windows across the rear of the building as <br />far as the west elevation, and that the color bands be reincorporated per Planning Commission's <br />direction in terms of the extent of the band, the color, and the continuation of the band around all <br />sides of the building. <br /> <br />Davidson called for the applicant's presentation. <br /> <br />Jon Lee, Knollwood Partnership, LTD, 1400 - 28th Street, Suite 1, Boulder, Colorado 80303, was <br />there to answer any questions. <br /> <br />Jim Beckley, contract purchaser of Lot 17, 8247 Greenwood Place, Longmont, Colorado, reviewed <br />the changes he had wanted to make with the Planning Department.
