RESOLUTION NO. 54 <br />SERIES 2014 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REPLAT TO SUBDIVIDE A SINGLE 14,436 SF LOT <br />INTO TWO SEPARATE LOTS IN THE RESIDENTIAL LOW (RL) ZONE DISTRICT, <br />LOCATED AT 517 LINCOLN AVENUE, LOTS 13,14,15,16, AND 17, BLOCK 5, ACME <br />PLACE SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an <br />application for approval of a replat to subdivide a single 14,436 SF lot into two separate <br />lots in the Residential Low (RL) zone district, located at 517 Lincoln Avenue, Lots <br />13,14,15,16, and 17, Block 5, Acme Place Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it to <br />comply with Louisville Municipal Code Chapters 16.12.110 and 17.12.050; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on September 11, 2014, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated September 11, 2014, the Planning <br />Commission forwarded a recommendation of approval to the City Council for the replat, <br />of 517 Lincoln Avenue, without condition. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a replat to subdivide a single 14,436 SF lot <br />into two separate lots in the Residential Low (RL) zone district, located at 517 Lincoln <br />Avenue, Lots 13,14,15,16, and 17, Block 5, Acme Place Subdivision, without condition. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of Oct er, 2014 <br />By: t// <br />Ro ert P.
