RESOLUTION NO. 55 <br />SERIES 2014 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT REQUEST FOR 536 MAIN STREET <br />BECAUSE THE PROPERTY COMPLIES WITH THE DESIGN REQUIREMENTS <br />ESTABLISHED IN TITLE 16 OF THE LMC, THERE IS STRONG EVIDENCE THE LOT <br />WAS ORIGINALLY DEVELOPED IN 1908, AND THERE IS ACCESS TO EXISTING <br />ROADWAYS, ALLEYWAYS AND PUBLIC UTILITIES <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an <br />application for approval of the plat request for 536 Main Street because the property <br />complies with the design requirements established in Title 16 of the LMC, there is <br />strong evidence the lot was originally developed in 1908, and there is access to existing <br />roadways, alleyways and public utilities; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it to <br />comply with Louisville Municipal Code Chapters 16.12.110 and 17.12.050; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on September 11, 2014, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated September 11, 2014, the Planning <br />Commission forwarded a recommendation of approval to the City Council for the final <br />Plat, without condition. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve the plat request for 536 Main Street because <br />the property complies with the design requirements established in Title 16 of the LMC, <br />there is strong evidence the lot was originally developed in 1908, and there is access to <br />existing roadways, alleyways and public utilities, without condition. <br />PISSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of OctoAer, 2014 <br />otilL <br />'' By: <br />s;Atfest: <br />.Varra City Clerk <br />-)k)AA P <br />Robert P.
