Option to issue a new Budget ( §6.2 of Exhibit B) for a Minor Line Item Adjustment (as defined in §4.4.2 of Exhibit B). b. Option to issue a new Budget ( §6.2 of Exhibit B) for a Minor Budget Adjustment (as defined in §4.5.1 o Exhibit B). c.
