- BCHA paid the $285,000 prepayment penalty for Sunnyside, to refinance into a note that <br />is sustainable. <br />- The maximum rent levels will continue for 40 years from the date of close. <br />- Hillside Square is another property that does not have cash flow because it is public <br />housing. HUD keeps that operating subsidy down so low that we have submitted a the <br />Rental Assistance Demonstration project (RAD) to shift it out of public housing to have it <br />operate more like Regal Square or a Section 8 new construction.
