Banks — not as important as it used to be. <br />Synergy /activation /need for density connection is important. <br />Sam's Club aside, for the west side of McCaslin in Centennial Valley, how many residences <br />would it take to support retail? <br />We can't answer. May be over - retailed right now. We would like to build 5 — 6 6 units. High <br />end. <br />What about mixed use? Ground floor retail with office above. <br />Vertical mixed use is a challenge. Hard to be accessible, parking.
