RESOLUTION NO. 67 <br />SERIES 2014 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXTENSION OF THE EXPIRATION DATE FOR A <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ON LOT 1 OF CTC FILING NO. 4 FOR THREE (3) <br />YEARS <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City of Louisville an application to <br />extend the expiration date for a planned unit development on Lot 1 of CTC Filing No. 4 <br />for three (3) years; <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it <br />complies with Louisville Municipal Code — Chapter 17.28; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville's regulatory tools and design guidelines related <br />to the subject site have not changed since the final planned unit development plan was <br />originally approved by the Louisville City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the area surrounding the final planned unit development plan has <br />not experienced significant contextual change in the time since it was originally <br />approved by the Louisville City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on October 9, 2014, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated October 9, 2014, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval to extend the final PUD plan's expiration date <br />three years without conditions. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve Resolution 67, Series 2014, a resolution <br />approving the extension of the expiration date for a Planned Unit Development on Lot 1 <br />of CTC Filing No. 4 for three (3) years <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of N,vember, 2 14 <br />By: <br />Attest' . 1 ()G�i�11�-� <br />f y- ;arra, C ty Clerk <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br />riobert P.
