NEW FACES & CHANGES AT CITY HALL
Over the past few months, the City has undergone some reorganization and we have welcomed some new
staff members. In early June, the City welcomed Julie Boyd as the new Deputy City Manager. Before joining us in
Louisville,Julie was Town Manager in Dillon. Among other duties,Julie will be overseeing Human Resources, the
City Clerk's Office, and the City Manager's Office staff.
The Parks and Recreation Department has been divided into two new departments: the Land Management
Department and the Department of Recreation and Senior Services. Heading the Department of Recreation and
Senior Services is Keith Williams, former Superintendent of the Recreation Center. New to the City of Louisville
as the Director of Land Management is Cindy Lair. Formerly the Weed Coordinator for Boulder County Parks
and Open Space, Cindy joined the City in June.
Also new to the City as the Director of Finance and Informational Services is Charlene Laus. Charlene has
spent the past few years in the private sector and before that she was the Assistant Finance Director for the City
of Greenwood Village.
We welcome all of our new staff members!
In case you are wondering where to go or with whom to speak regarding City issues, the information below
lists the items that each of our departments oversees. Please feel free to stop in or contact our staff with any of
your questions or concerns.
