What Is A Small Area Plan? <br /> The 2013 City budget includes funds for two small area plans—one for the McCaslin Boulevard area between US 36 <br /> and Via Appia and one for the South Boulder Road and Highway 42 area.This process, led by the Planning Depart- <br /> ment staff,will end with recommendations for development regulations for these two areas,including allowed land uses and <br /> building forms, and will identify infrastruc- <br /> ture improvements and areas for public spaces South Boulder .7 1 <br /> Rd&Hwy 42 _._._.i" <br /> such as parks and plazas.
