SPRING BREAK CITY COUNCIL ANNOUNCES NEW <br /> ACTIVITIES AT THE YOUTH ADVISORY BOARD <br /> The new Youth Advisory Board advises the Louisville City Council <br /> RECREATION CENTER on issues affecting the youth within Louisville.
