<br />Davidson pointed out that, since this had already been commented on before it went to Planning <br />Commission and it will be coming back December 17 at a public hearing, it would speed up the <br />process to have the applicant's presentation and Council questions at the public hearing. <br /> <br />Council and the applicant agreed. <br /> <br />Sisk wanted to make sure the names on the signature page corresponded with the names on the deed. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council approve Resolution No. 67, Series 1996, finding substantial compliance <br />of the Martens Annexation petition, seconded by Sisk. All in favor with Howard being absent and <br />Levihn arriving late to the meeting. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1234, SERIES 1996 - APPROVING AN ANNEXATION, KNOWN <br />AS THE MARTENS ANNEXATION, TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, <br />COLORADO - 1ST READING - SET PUBLIC HEARING 12/17/96 <br /> <br />Tanoue read by title only Ordinance No. 1234, Series 1996, "An ordinance approving an annexation, <br />known as the Martens Annexation, to the City of Louisville, Colorado." <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1234, Series 1996, at first reading and set out for <br />publication, and set a public hearing for December 17, 1996, seconded by Sisk. All in favor with <br />Howard being absent and Levihn arriving late to the meeting. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1235, SERIES 1996 - ZONING PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE AND KNOWN AS THE MARTENS ANNEXATION - 1ST <br />READING - SET PUBLIC HEARING 12/17/96 <br /> <br />Tanoue read by title only Ordinance No. 1235, Series 1996, "An ordinance zoning property annexed <br />to the City of Louisville and known as the Martens Annexation." <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1235, Series 1996, place it out for publication and <br />set a public hearing for December 17, 1996, seconded by Lathrop. All in favor with Howard being <br />absent and Levihn arriving late to the meeting. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 68, SERIES 1996 - APPROVING A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN FOR LOT 7, BLK 5 CTC - QUINLAN CONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that the proposed building would be a speculative <br />office/warehouse facility with 29,700 s.f on a single story. It is broken into modules to help reduce <br />the perceived bulk of the building. Truck loading and service areas are located generally on the east <br />side of the building and screened from street view by the offset of the building. Landscape coverage <br />was 27%. Parking was provided for 75 vehicles with ten landscaped islands. Planning Commission <br />approved their Resolution No. 31, Series 1996, on October 8, 1996, with eight conditions, all of <br /> <br />4 <br />
