The <br />contract will involve a setup charge and a monthly usage fee but no long -term <br />commitment is required. <br />• Dennis commented that the Indian Peaks website is very good and we should <br />follow that model. Links to the various leagues can be incorporated into the <br />website. <br />8. Update on Schedule and Completion Date <br />LU predicts that work will be "substantially complete" by the end of October although <br />there will be an extensive check /punch list of outstanding tasks. "Substantially <br />complete" means that all seeding will have been done (with touch -up as needed.) <br />The cart path at the south of Dillon Road at the bridge tunnel will not be complete due <br />to prolonged interaction with CDOT on the bridge. Payment has been made for 85% <br />of the project costs with no payments made in the last month. Final payment is <br />determined by full completion. <br />9. Scheduling of course Tour <br />The Board requested that a tour of the course be scheduled after the bridges are in <br />place. This should be a public event so that citizens can see progress. Given the <br />lack of daylight in the evenings, it was suggested that this should be a Saturday <br />morning event. A further tour in spring should also be planned. <br />10. Food and Beverage Suppliers <br />Responses have been received from Sandtrap LLC and Just Hit It Grill as providers <br />of Food and Beverage Services for the golf course. An evaluation team is being set <br />up to receive presentations from the two candidates: Sandtrap on October 28th and <br />Just Hit It Grill on October 30th. Lisa and Dennis accepted their nominations by the <br />Board to be part of the evaluation team and attend the presentations. <br />11. GCAB New Resolution <br />The new resolution, as reviewed and amended by the Board at the September <br />meeting will be presented to City Council at the October 21 meeting for adoption. <br />12. Discussion on Opportunities for Volunteer Activities. <br />• Given the past success of the Divots and Dining events, David Dean was <br />encouraged to ask for help in cleanup whenever the opportunity presents itself <br />6 <br />
