Section 6. Any person convicted of violating this ordinance may be punished by a fine <br />of not more than $2,650.00, as shall be adjusted for inflation pursuant to C.R.S. § 13 -10 -113, or <br />by imprisonment not to exceed one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment; except that a <br />child under the age of eighteen years of age shall not be confined in a jail, lockup or other place <br />used for the confinement of adult offenders but may be held in a juvenile detention facility as <br />provided in C.R.S. § 31 -10 -113. <br />INTRODUCED, READ, PASSED ON FIRST READING, AND ORDERED <br />PUBLISHED this 3rd day of November, 2014. <br />ATTEST: <br />Nancy Werra, City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Ligh Kelly, P.C. <br />City Attorney <br />Robert P.
