<br />GUIDELINES; TO SPECIFICALLY ADDRESS THE EFFECT OF APPROVAL OF A <br />PRELIMINARY PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN, AND TO MAKE OTHER <br />AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTERS 15.04.17.16 AND 17.28 OF THE LOUISVILLE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE IN CONNECTION THEREWITH - 2ND READING - PUBLIC <br />HEARING (PUBL. LSVL. TIMES 11/27/96) <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1242, Series 1996, "An ordinance amending the Planned <br />Unit Development regulations contained in Chapter 17.28 of the Louisville Municipal Code to <br />incorporate into such regulations the Louisville Commercial Development Design Guidelines; to <br />incorporate into such regulations specific references and requirements concerning commercial and <br />industrial development design guidelines; to specifically address the effect of approval of a preliminary <br />planned unit development plan, and to make other amendments to Chapters 15.04, 17.16 and 17.28 <br />of the Louisville Municipal Code in connection therewith." <br /> <br />Davidson suggested this go to a Work Session with concerned property owners giving their input. <br /> <br />Mayer stated that an allegation had been made that property owners were kept out of the preparation <br />of the guidelines process. He pointed out that landowners were specifically notified by first class mail <br />in September and October as to what was happening. <br /> <br />Lathrop wanted property owners to have the opportunity to address this issue. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Davidson moved to table Ordinance No. 1242 and continue the public hearing until February 4, 1997, <br />holding a Work Session in the meantime, seconded by Mayer. All in favor with Howard being absent. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79, SERIES 1996 - AMENDING THE 1996 BUDGET BY INCREASING <br />REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE GOLF COURSE FUND FOR THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO - PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Dianne Ray, Finance Director, stated that the purpose of the resolution was to add an additional <br />$50,000 appropriation for the golf course. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing calling for anyone wishing to speak on Resolution No. 79. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments or motions. <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council approve Resolution No. 79, amending the 1996 Budget, seconded by <br />Lathrop. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with Howard being absent. <br /> <br />7 <br />
