RESOLUTION NO. 75 <br />SERIES 2014 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75, SERIES 2014 — A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) AMENDMENT TO ALLOW FOR THE <br />DEVELOPMENT OF 36 UNITS ON BLOCK 12, AND 6 UNITS ON BLOCK 15, BOTH <br />BLOCKS IN NORTH END PHASE II <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an <br />application for approval of an amendment to a final planned unit development (PUD) plan to <br />allow for the construction of 36 units in 3 buildings on Block 12, and 6 units in one building <br />on Block 15 in the North End Phase II Subdivision; and, <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the amendment to the final planned unit <br />development (PUD) plan have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission <br />and found, subject to condition, to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, <br />subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that the <br />application complies with the North End General Development Plan, the Louisville zoning <br />regulations and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and, <br />WHEREAS, after duly noticed public hearing where evidence and testimony was <br />entered into the record, including without limitation the findings in the Louisville Planning <br />Commission Staff Report dated December 11, 2014, the City of Louisville Planning <br />Commission approved a resolution to forward a recommendation of approval, without <br />condition to the City Council; and, <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation <br />of the Planning Commission and finds that said amendment to the final planned unit <br />development (PUD) plan should be approved. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado, based on the evidence and testimony presented at the hearings, does hereby <br />approve a final Planned Unit Development (PUD) Amendment to allow for the development <br />of 36 units on Block 12, and 6 units on Block 15, North End Phase II Subdivision. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day • December, 2014. <br />ATTEST: <br />e. <br />ancy Varr:, City Clerk <br />Robert P.
