RESOLUTION NO. 76 <br />SERIES 2014 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL REVIEW USE TO ALLOW FOR THE OPERATION <br />OF A PRIVATE FITNESS STUDIO WITH RETAIL SALES IN THE COMMERCIAL BUSINESS <br />ZONE DISTRICT AT 1817 HWY 42 <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an application for <br />approval of a Special Review Use (SRU) to allow for the operation of a private recreational <br />facility in the Commercial Business (CB) zone district at 1817 Hwy 42; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the SRU application and found it to comply with <br />Louisville zoning regulations, the special review use criteria as set forth in Section 17.40.100 of <br />the Louisville Municipal Code, and other applicable requirements; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on December 16, 2014, where evidence <br />and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning <br />Commission Staff Report dated December 11, 2014, the Planning Commission recommends <br />approval of the SRU to the City Council. <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation of <br />the Planning Commission and desires to approve the request; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve a Special Review Use (SRU) to allow for the operation of a <br />private recreational facility in the Commercial Business (CB) zone district at 1817 Hwy 42. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 201 <br />Attest: <br />II <br />Nancy Var: City Clerk <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br />By: <br />Robert P.
