DISCUSSION/MOTION - ADOPTION OF 1995 LOUISVILLE RECREATION CENTER
FEES FOR IMPLEMENTATION JANUARY 4, 1995

Steve Baysinger, Parks & Recreation Director, reviewed the increases. The increased revenue from
fee increases was already included in the 1995 operating budget for the Recreation Center.

Davidson called for Council questions or comments.

Levihn pointed out that it was cheaper for a resident of Louisville to go to the Lafayette Recreation
Center than to go to the Louisville Recreation Center.

Baysinger did not feel residents would drive to Lafayette to save $. 50 with a 10 minute drive each
way.

Levihn wanted at some time pursue a drastically reduced rate for full-time city employees.

Sisk was concerned about the rate increase for children.

Keany and Howard felt the children and youth rates should not be raised.

Davidson moved that Council adopt the residential and non-residential as recommended by the Parks
& Recreation Department Director with the exception of the child and youth rates for residents,
which would remain at the current level until further evaluation. Seconded by Howard. Roll call was
taken. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote.

DISCUSSION/MOTION - REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT
SERVICES, INC.

ICG ACCESS

Tom Phare, Public Works Director, stated that ICG Access Services, Inc. had requested that the city
grant a Revocable License Agreement that would allow for the installation of a fiber optic
communication cable within a City of Louisville right-of-way for the purpose of serving local
customers including Storage Tech and Neodata.

Ryan Bendell, Denver, Colorado, was there to answer any questions.

Davidson called for Council questions.

Mayer wanted the city to receive a benefit for allowing use of the right-of-way.

Phare stated the city was having a similar conduit installed along the corridor for future traffic signal
installation and connection.

Howard asked if this would come near or have any effect on CTC?

6
