Applicant Presentation: Chad Kipfer, Markel Homes, 5723 Arapahoe Avenue, #2B, Boulder, CO. • Markel Homes has been builder and developer in Boulder County for almost 40 years. Most of projects are in Lyons, Lafayette, Louisville, and Niwot. • He is presenting because on the PUD for Phase II, they did not have exact location for some alleys on Block 12. Staff and Markel Homes agreed to it until the exact layout was determined. • Sidewalks are 5' wide. Proposed sale is condos access elevator.
