The private fitness studio will fill a vacant commercial space and provide a community service to the Louisville citizenry with no foreseeable adverse effects on the surrounding neighborhood. Commission Questions of Staff: Russell asks about the adjacency issue. Is it the Housing Authority. Trice says it is because of Christopher Village and Balfour across the street. Applicant Presentation: Rebecca Baack, CorePower Yoga, 3700 W. 144th Avenue, C100, Broomfield, CO. Applicant has no presentation. Commission Questions of Applicant: Moline asks about the amount of the building to be occupied. Baack says CorePower is not occupying the whole space. Her understanding is that CrossFit Studio taking half of the building, CorePower taking the other half. Public Comment: None. Summary and request by Staff and Applicant: Staff recommends approval.
