Staff will present a proposal at the January Board Meeting, <br />11. Next Meeting. <br />The next meeting will be held in the Spruce Room at City Hall on January 12 at <br />6:30pm. Potential Agenda Items are: <br />• Fees and Loyalty Club plans <br />• Staffing updates and status on Head Pro candidates <br />• Progress on F & B Contract <br />• Discussion of on- course signage <br />• Update on construction progress and issues <br />12. Adjourn <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:10pm Motion <br />proposed by Lisa Norgard, seconded by Sandy Stewart. <br />Final Statement. <br />With regret, the Board noted that Tom Deany has decided not to stand for re- <br />appointment when his term expires in a few weeks.
