RESOLUTION NO. 01, SERIES 2015 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS AS THE OFFICIAL LOCATIONS FOR THE POSTING OF PUBLIC NOTICE OF ALL 2015 LOUISVILLE BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS MEETINGS • The Lobby of City Hall, 749 Main Street • The Louisville Public Library Bulletin Board, 951 Spruce Street • The Louisville Recreation Center, 900 West Via Appia • The Police / Municipal Court building, 992 Via Appia • The City of Louisville website, www.LouisvilleCO.gov WHEREAS, Senate Bill 91 -33 requires that all local public bodies designate a public place or places where public notice of public meetings will be posted, with said designation being made at the first regular meeting of that body in each calendar year; and WHEREAS, the City's Home Rule Charter requires additional locations for the posting of public notice of City Council meetings and by extension, it is the recommendation of Staff that the Building Code Board of Appeals adopt the same standard for posting of public notice of their meetings; and WHEREAS, the Building Code Board of Appeals has reviewed the recommended locations for the posting of public notice and finds them to be consistent with State Statutes, Municipal Code and the Louisville Home Rule Charter. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Building Code Board of Appeals of the City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby designate the following public places for the posting of notices for all public meetings of the Building Code Board of Appeals in 2014: Attest: • The Lobby of City Hall, 749 Main Street • The Louisville Public Library Bulletin Board, 951 Spruce Street • The Louisville Recreation Center, 900 West Via Appia • The Louisville Police / Municipal Court building, 992 Via Appia • The City of Louisville website, www.LouisvilleCO.gov PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of January 2015.
