The requested variance from the five foot fence requirement found in Section
17.16.170(B) is the least modification possible from the provisions of the Louisville zoning code
that will afford relief in this matter. In addition, and as previously stated, the variance, if
granted, will preserve the uniform design and size of fences within the neighborhood in which
the Property is located.
The Owners, Applicant and Representative having responded to all of the Zoning
Variance Criteria set forth in the Louisville Municipal Code and after considering the installation
of the above - described safety cover over the proposed swimming pool in conjunction with the
existing fences and home that enclose the back yard of the Property respectfully submit and
request that the variance requested be granted.
Should the City Staff or Board need any further information or have any questions please
do not hesitate to contact either the Applicant or Representative.
Sincerely,
Owners:
R.
