12/21/2014 <br />Page 6 <br />December 22, 2014 <br />LOUISVILLE PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION <br />PROPOSAL FOR ADDITIONAL FEE FOR DESIRED SERVICES <br />This proposal request is in response to conversations had with the City's previous Project Manager, and the <br />City's Director of Public Works. RNL's current contracted fees were submitted as part of the RFP response in <br />October 2012. Since that time the project has increased in scope, size, and thus the number of RFIs, <br />Submittals, and construction related time required for successful project completion. In addition, our initial <br />proposal included only limited part time representation including bi- weekly site visits + reports and Owner <br />Contractor Architect (OAC) meetings.
