Louisville City Council Meeting <br />January 21, 2003 <br />Page 13 <br /> <br />MOTION: Davidson moved that Council approve the Agreement for Purchase and Sale <br />of Units of Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District, and authorize the Mayor and <br />City Attorney to make non-substantial changes, seconded by Brown. Roll call vote was <br />taken. The motion carried by a vote of 6-0. <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />No items to report. <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br /> <br />City Manager Bill Simmons reported on the progress of the Impact Fee Study and on the <br />open space purchases on Spruce Street. He announced a meeting for the South Sub Area <br />has been scheduled for February 4, 2003, and a meeting date of January 22, 2003, has <br />been set to meet with a potential project manager for the Police Department Building. <br />He reported the January 28, 2003 Study Session would be canceled. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Levihn thanked the City Attorney and the City Staff for all their work on the water <br />acquisitions and financial strategies. <br /> <br />Brown reported DRCOG would conduct a seminar on Saturday, January 25, 2003 on <br />transportation funding.
