Davidson read and presented the Proclamation to President Alice Cullen, Vice-Chairperson Buelah <br />Stone, Secretary Doris Manor, and Treasurer Don Severson. They invited Mayor and Council to the <br />Senior Center luncheon for Senior Appreciation on Wednesday, May 10 at noon. <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION - NATIONAL DRINKING WATER WEEK - MAY 7 - 13, 1995 <br /> <br />Davidson read and presented the Proclamation to Tom Phare, Public Works Director. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 22, SERIES 1995 - FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN - <br />TREEHAVEN <br /> <br />Sisk asked to be excused from this item due to a conflict of interest. <br /> <br />Davidson excused Sisk. <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that this is for the Treehaven Subdivision. Outlot B was <br />dedicated to the City to satisfy the land dedication requirement and drainage detention for the <br />subdivision. Outlot A (200' long) was platted to function as a private drive, access, utility and <br />drainage easement. Planning Commission held a public hearing on March 22, 1995, and voted 6 - <br />0 to approve the request with six conditions. All applicable conditions have been addressed. If <br />authorized, staff will request that homeowners documents be submitted for staff review prior to <br />recording the final PUD. Resolution No. 22 also had the condition that a sign shall be posted at the <br />entrance from Spruce Street that states "Private Driveway - No Public Maintenance". <br /> <br />Davidson called for the applicant's presentation. <br /> <br />Joyce Kristovich, 310 West Spruce Street, Louisville, Colorado, was there to answer any questions. <br /> <br />John Geier, Vice-President and Chief Architect and Designer of Coburn Development, Inc., 1920 - <br />13th Street, Suite B, Boulder, Colorado 80302, stated that they wanted to restrict the fencing and <br />landscaping on the entire site to allow the irrigated formal yards closer into the buildings themselves <br />and require some natural space be left between the each building. They asked that the two upper lots <br />take their access from the private drive, as well as the two below. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council comments and questions. <br /> <br />Howard liked the project. <br /> <br />Mayer was concemed about large vehicles passing on the 16' lane. Mayer felt a concrete drive with <br />5" - 6" of concrete, as opposed to an asphalt overlay was more appropriate. <br /> <br /> <br />
