Lipton moved the consent <br />agenda be approved. Romm~alfanger seconded. Roll Call Vote: Rommelfanger <br />-yes, Carlson -yes, Wilson -- yes and Lipton -yes. Consent agenda approved. <br />Authority Business <br />A. Discussion/Direction new legislation regarding fees <br />Secretary Hanson reported many of the neighboring communities are raising <br />application and renewal fees ;since the state legislature has allowed it. <br />Discussion centered around vuhether there was need to raise the fees at all, to <br />not raise fees to the maximum allowed and what impact this might actually have <br />on the budget. Rommelfanger moved to table this item until next meeting. <br />Lipton seconded. Roll Call Vote: Rommelfanger -yes, Carson -yes, Wilson - <br />yes and Lipton -yes. The Authority asked staff for some additional information <br />for the next meeting. <br />Police Department Reports <br />A. Incident Report -The Blue Parrot - 4/25/07 <br />The Authority had requested 1this item be brought back for discussion at this <br />meeting. Rommelfanger moved the Authority order a show cause hearing for <br />The Blue Parrot for violations concerning serving visibly intoxicated persons and <br />conduct of the establishment and have a special prosecutor appointed. Wilson <br />seconded. Roll Call Vote: Wilson -yes, Rommelfanger -yes, Lipton -yes and <br />Carlson -yes. Show Cause Ordered. <br />B. Incident Report - HE;nry's - 7/11/07 <br />Chairperson Wilson recused (herself from this discussion and left the room. Vice- <br />Chair Rommelfanger took ovf,r the meeting. Discussion centered on whether the <br />Authority should order a shov/ cause on this matter. Lipton moved the Authority <br />
