Renewal Application -- Blue Parrot, Inc. d/b/a Blue Parrot Cafe -Hotel and <br />Restaurant Liquor License - 640 Main St. <br />D. Renewal Application/ Corporate Report of Changes - Senor T's ,Inc. <br />d/b/a Senor T's - Hotel and Restaurant License - 817 Main St. <br />E. Renewal Application - JCK Mak Holdings, LLC d/b/a East West Grill - <br />Beerand Wine Liquor License - 1387 S. Boulder Road #G <br />Wilson called for any changes to the consent agenda. Lipton moved the consent <br />agenda be approved. Carlson seconded. Roll Call Vote: Rommelfanger -yes, <br />Carlson -yes, Wilson -yes, (Mulvahill -yes and Lipton -yes. Consent agenda <br />approved. <br />Authority Business <br />A. Transfer Application -Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License -Sanyang, <br />Inc. d/b/a LA Asian Bistro - 480 W. Dahlia Street <br />Wilson noted the applicant needed to provide an individual history on Mr. Cheng <br />and background checks needed to be returned on both parties in the corporation. <br />Otherwise the application was; in order. Some questions were asked concerning <br />the background checking procedure. <br />Mulvahill moved to approve the transfer of a hotel and restaurant liquor license <br />for Sanyang, Inc, doing businE;ss as LA Asian Bistro conditioned upon the <br />necessary items being providE;d and the satisfactory return of the background <br />checks on the two individuals in the corporation. Lipton seconded. Roll Call <br />Vote: Rommelfanger -yes, Mulvahill -yes, Wilson -yes, Carlson -yes and <br />Lipton -yes.
