Conditionally Approval or disapproval <br />It shall be noted that at any time during the advent of the studies <br />it zs evident that said proposal is not feasible, it will be the <br />responsibility of City Council to terminate all studies and nego- <br />ti~tions with the parties sponsoring proposed annexation. <br />Step 4.) If the Planning Commission recommends final draft of proposed annexa- <br />tion to be (A) Outright approval (B) Conditional approval or (C) <br />Conditional disapproval, such recommendations in writing will be presented <br />to City Council along; with the final draft. City Council will evaluate <br />it and instruct the City Administrator to set up a meeting date with the <br />sponsors of said proposal for annexation. This meeting is to be a <br />future regularly scheduled Council meeting. At this time Council will <br />vote by roll call vote on. approval or disapproval of said plan. <br />If the Planning Commission recommends final draft of proposed annex- <br />ation to be outright disapproval, this is to be submitted in writing <br />and justified by studies conducted to that point, to the City Council. <br />If City Council cannot recommend any alternatives to be explored, the <br />City Administrator will be instructed to document the findings in <br />a litter to the sponsors of said proposal. <br />If City Council acts favorable on such proposal, it will follow the <br />steps listed in Chapter 18, Paragraph 18.4 of the Municipal Code of the <br />City of Louisville. <br /> <br />- 3 - <br />
