CTTY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br />RESOLUTION 8, Series 1973 <br />WHEREAS, THE City of Loisville, Colorado has been presented <br />with an action program by the Louisville Urban Renewal Authority <br />(CUBA) by letter dated March 19, 1973 and <br />WHEREAS, as part of said program it is necessary that the <br />City of Louisville and LURA enter into an agreement for the sale <br />and purchase of property known as Steinbaugh Lumber Yard, being <br />LURA parcel No. 155-1, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Action Program by LURA <br />as outlined in letter ciated March 19, 1973 to Leon Wurl, City <br />Administrator, City of Louisville, is hereby approved and the <br />respective officers of the City of Louisville are hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute the proposed agreement between the City <br />of Louisville and LURA for the sale and purchase of said property <br />known as Stefibaugh Lumber Yard, LURA parcel No. 155-1, <br />PASSED at a regular meeting held on ~lPpil 3, 1973. <br />_~ <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />.~_ <br />~ '; . , <br />,ty; erc ~~ <br />
