R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, on the second day of October, 1962, the City Council of the City of Louisville, Boulder County, Colorado, adopted a Resolution authorizing the expenditure of $15,000.UO for the necessary expenses of seal coating and maintaining the streets of the City of Louisville, the said expenditures to be met by the isauanee of anticipation warrants, Said warrants to be redeemed from the first monies available in the Street Fund received from the Boulder County Treasurer as a result of the 1962 ad valorem taxes, and WHEREAS, in order to complete said street improvements and maintenance it is necessary that an additional $6,000.OU be authorized for expenditure on said street improvements over and above the original $15,000.00, NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado; 1. That the necessary additional expenses for the repairing, seal coating, and maintenance of the streets of the City of Louisville, not to exceed the sum of $6,000,00, are hereby approved by the City Council, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and issue warrants for the payment of all necessary expenses for the said repairing, seal coating, and maintenance of the streets of the City of Louisville, not exceeding the total sum of $6,000,00, 2. That the City Treasurer be and is hereby authorized to register, endorse and redeem said warrants according to the laws of the State of Colorado and to pay interest thereon at a rate not to exceed six per cent per annum. 3, That the City Treasurer be and i5 hereby directed to pay and redeem said warrants from the monies available in the Street Fund, received by him from the Boulder County Treasurer as a result of the 1962 ad valorem taxes, said additional sum having been budgeted for this purpose.
