The annual salary of the Town Clerk and Ex~Officio <br />water and street commissioner and deputy Town Marshal shall be and is <br />hereby fixed at Twenty Eight hundred dollars, payable in monthly in- <br />sts.llments of Two hundred and forty dollars. Such officer shall receive <br />no other compensation or fees whatsoever kind or naturef or any duties <br />now or hereafter required to be performed by him in a.ny of said <br />capacities, and any fees earned or collected by him as deputy Town <br />Marshal shall be accounted for by him and turned into the 'T'own Treasury. <br />Section 2. The annual salary of the Town Marshal and Building <br />Inspector and Deputy 'T'ax Collector shall be and is hereby fixed at <br />Twenty six hundred and forty Dollars, payable in monthly installments <br />of Two hundred and twenty Dollars. Such officer shall receive no <br />other compensation or fees of whatsoever kind or nature for any <br />duties now or hereafter required. to be performed by him in any of said <br />capacities, and any fees earned or received by him as such officer in <br />executing the process of the police magistrate of the Town, or other- <br />wi~e, shall be accounted for by him and turned into the Town Treasury. <br />Section 3. The annual salary of the Deputy Tvlarshal shall be and <br />is hereby fixed at 'T'wenty Five hundred and Eight~yDollars, payable in <br />monthly installments of `T'cvo hundred and fifteen Dollars. Such officer <br />shall receive no other compensation or fees of whatsoever kind or <br />nature for any duties now or hereafter required to be performed by <br />him, and any fees earned or received by him as such officer shall be <br />accounted for by him and turned into the Town Treasury. <br />Section 4. The annual salary of the Deputy Town Clerk shall be <br />and is hereby fixed at Eighteen Hundred and sixty Dollars, payable in <br />monthly insta~tments of One hundred and fifty-five Dollars, but sudh <br />Deputy Town Clerk shall receive no other compensation or fee whatsoever <br />kind or nature for any duties or hereaf ter to be performed b~~ such <br />officer. <br />Section 5. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict <br />herewith are hereby repealed. <br />Section F~. The Board of Trustees hereby finds, determines and <br />declares that this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preserva- <br />tion of the public peace, health and safety and that an emergency <br />exists.
