Section I~. The right is hereby reserved to the Town to adopt, <br />from time to time, in addition to the provisions herein contained, such <br />ordinances as may be deemed necessary in the exercise of its police power' <br />provie~ed that such regulations shall be reasonable and not destructive of <br />the rights herein granted, and not in conflict with the laws of the State <br />of Colorado, or with orders of other authorities having jurisdiction in <br />the premises. <br />ARTICLE VI. <br />Section 1. It is agreed that, upon hydro-electric energy being <br />made available to the Company from the Colorado-Big Thompson project of <br />the Bureau of Reclamation, the Company shall purchase said energy, whether <br />primary or secondary in character, provided the cost of such energy to the <br />Company is equal to or less than the cast to the Company of supplying equiva- <br />lent electric energy from Company-owned facilities on its Central System from <br />which the Town is served. <br />If said energy is purchased at less than Compar~y~s cost as set forth <br />above the Company agrees to pass on to its customers in the Town any savings <br />resulting therefrom in the proportion that Towns electrical requirements bear <br />to the total electrical requirements of Companyts Central System. The pass-on <br />of such savings shall be accomplished in manner and form as agreed upon by <br />the Town and the Company and shall become effective by Ordinance duly passed <br />and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town. <br />INTROD iTCED, READ ATJD ORDERED FUBLIS~~D, the day of <br />A.
