The annual salary of the Town clerk and Lx-Officio <br />water and street commissioner and deputy Town Marshal shall be and <br />is hereb,T Fixed at `three Thousand four hundred fifty six dollars, <br />payable in monthly installments of Two hundred and eihty eight i_~$ <br />dollars. Such officer shall receive no other compensation or fees <br />whatsoever kind or nature for any duties now or hereafter required <br />to be performed by him in any of said ca?~acities and any fees earned <br />or collected by him as Deputy Town Marshal shall be accounted far by <br />him and turned into the Town Treasury. <br />Section 2. The annual salary of the Town Marshal and Building <br />inspector and Deputy Tax collector shall be and is hereby fixed at <br />Three Thousand One hundred sixty eight dollars. Such officer shall '~a <br />receive no other compensation or fees of whatsoever kind or nature ~: ~ ~'' <br />f'or any duties now or hereafter required to be pe.rL ormed by him in ~° <br />any of said capacities, and any fees earned or t°eeeived by him as such <br />officer in executing the process of the police magistrate of the Town, <br />or otherwise, shall be accounted for by him and turned into the <br />`T'own Treasury. <br />Section ~f. The annual salary of the Deputy P,~arshal_ shall be <br />and is hereby fixed at Three thousand ninety six. dollars, payable <br />in monthly installments of Two hundred and fifty, eight dollars. <br />Such officer shall receive no other compensation or fees of wn.at- r~ <br />soever kind or nature for any duties now or hereafter required to ~ <br />be performed by h'im, and any fees earned or received by him as such <br />officer shall be ,accounted for by him and turned into the Town Treasury. <br />Section 4. The annual salary of the Deputy Town Clerk shat 1 <br />be and is hereby fixed at Two Thousand forty six Dollars, payable <br />~ in monthly installments of One Hundred seventy dollars and fifty <br />cents, but such Deputy Town Clerk shall recede no other compensation <br />or fee whatsoever kind or nature for any duties or hereafter to be <br />performed by such officer. <br />Section 5.
