t Sec. 35. Tt shal:l be unlawful for the owner, user, driver, or operator of arly vehicle to drive or operate the same or permit it to be clone upon any street while the ve- hicle or ~:ny part thersof is deficient or out of order or repayr affectir_G or hindering; its safe; and e:~.ficient opera- tion. Sec. 36. No vehicle, unless confined to tracks, shall tow more than one othf:r disabled vehicle. The connection shall not be longer than l~ feet . Sec. 37. (A) It shall be wzlawf_ul for any person under the age of sixteen .years, or for any person physically or mentally disabled in any parti.cul~r, temporarily or permanently, to operate or drive a motor vehicle upon the streets of this town, provided such disability or inefficienc~,r is s~?ch to interfere with the resdy and safe operation. of said vehicle. (S) It shall iae unlawful for the ovrner or any persor_ havinrs charr_;e or control of any motor vehicle to permit any prohibited person as i:n subdivision A, to operate or drive the same. Sec. 38. It skzall be unlawful for any person rvho is a habitual user of narcotic drugs, or a.ny person w'no is under the influence of intoxicating liquor or narcotic drubs to drive any vehicle u,~uon any street or other public way. Sec. 39. (A) Any person who drives any vehicle upor_ the streets, alleys, or public h.igi^~ways ~.n the Town of Louisville,i_n such a manner as to indicate either a wilful or wanton disregard _f or the safety of persons or property is ~~uilty of reckless driving.
