AND REPEALING ALL <br />ORDINANCES A1VD SECTIONS OF ©RDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. <br />BE IT ORDkIi~ED BY THF; BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOt~VN' OF LOUISVILLE, <br />COLORADO: <br />SECTION 1. Because of the existing need in the rural areas <br />immediately surrounding the Town of Louisville for fire protection, <br />because the People in the rural area-have donated the sum of <br />3482 Dollars and 39 Cants (3482.39) toward the purchase of the <br />suitable fire fighting equipment, and because the 'T'own of Louisville <br />can provide this fire protection, it is therefore ordained by the <br />Board of `T'rustees that the fire fighting equipment of the Town of <br />Louisville, under the Louisville Volunteer F'ira Department be <br />allowed to answer calls to fight fire in the area within four (4) <br />mile radius of the Town of Louisville. <br />SECTION LS, This ordinance repeals all ordinances and <br />sections of ordinances in conflict herewith. <br />SECTION III. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the immediate preservation of the public <br />peace, .health, and safety, and shall take affect immediately. <br />This ordinance passed at the adjourned meeting of the <br />Board. of Trustees of the Town of Louisville, Colorado on the <br />13th day of March, 1952. <br />~~ ~~ <br />ayor <br />
