It is ordained by the Roard of Trustees of the Town of Louisville, Colorado as follows: S iJCTIOI~T ONE. It is hereby adopted as a traffic ordinance for the Town of Louisville, Colorado, "The r;"odel Tr. af.fic Ordinance for Colorado munici- palities" as amended herein, however, with the exception of the following sections and articles of said traffic ordinance and in so adopted a.nd are expressly deleted, namely: Cection 155; Section 21~-; Section 21.7; and all of t~rticle XXI. S:'~CTI~"`P? T'",'0. At least three certified copies of the ~',-`oriel Traffic Ordinance are on file at the office of the Town C~_erk and may be inspected during regular business hours. c,~~CmIO.r? The following section of the "T~~odel Traffic Ordinance f'or Colorado n?tunici- palities" is herebtY amended to read as follows: Section 1C. every person operating• a vehicle on the streets or highways of the "'own of Louisville shall drive the same in s careful and prudent manner, at a rate of. speed no greater than is reasonable and safe,. having regard for the width, grade, curves, corners, traffic and use of th.e streets, and all other attended cj.rcumstances so as not to endanger the lives, limbs, or property of a.nTT -:_erson. Driving in excess of the follov°.in~: speeds shall not be considered careful and pr. uder..t driving: A.
