LSVL. <br />TIMES 5/20/95) <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1190, Series 1995, "An ordinance repealing and reenacting <br />Section 17.16.180 and Chapter 17.60 of the Louisville Municipal Code concerning temporary uses." <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, handed Council an amended copy of the ordinance and stated that this <br />ordinance classifies temporary uses into: seasonal sales, construction offices, special events, and <br />temporary uses as a precursor to permanent uses. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing and called for anyone wishing to speak on this ordinance. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments, questions, or motions. <br /> <br /> <br />
