<br />SECTIOtJ 1. It is hereby declared to bb a nuisance and it sh.a11 be unlace
<br />for any person, persons, family, corporation, company or association of per-
<br />sons to keep, within the corporate limits of the Town, of L.quisville, Colorado,
<br />any horse, mare, gelding, colt, mule, ass, fenny, bull, oz, steer, car,
<br />calf, goat, sheep, hog, shoat or pig»
<br />SECTION 2, Any such, person, persons, family, corporation, eompanSy or
<br />association of persons who shall b® found guilty of violating any of the pro-
<br />visions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, uponcon-
<br />vic#ion thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than X5.00, nor more
<br />than X50.00, and each day when such person, persons, family, corporation,
<br />company or association of persons shall keep, within the corporate limits
<br />3f the Totes of Ioouisville, Colorado, any of the above animals set out. in
<br />paragraph 1 hereof, shall be deemed a separate offense.
<br />SECTIO~t 3. That isi the opinion of the Board of Trustees, this Ordinance
<br />is deemed necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health
<br />and s~}f2ity ~ therefore, it shall take effect imm®diately upon its intro-
<br />duction ar~d passage aztd be published in accordance with the pro4isions of the
<br />Statutes of the State of Colorado.
