REGULAR BUSINESS: EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION AWARDS The two employees receiving the employee recognition award are Administration, and Bob Olin in Each received a check for $100, of recognition, and their names employee recognition plaque. third quarter Linda Salas, in Public Safety. a certificate added to the OTHER RECOGNITION AWARDS OF CITIES AND PUBLIC SERVICE AWARD - UNITED WAY AND CONSORTIUM The City has received several awards which Mayor Fauson presented. Boulder County United Way presented the City with a plaque for its employees outstanding support in this campaign. Steve Anderson, the City~s consortium representative, was awarded a plaque from the Boulder County Consortium of Cities in appreciation of his efforts as a member of the Board. Harold Rust, District Manager for Public Service, presented the City with an award in recognition of its efforts and cooperation in working with Public Service to ;provide the best possible service to residents in the City by converting from mercury vapor street lighting to high pressure sodium street lighting, resulting in a considerable cost savings.
