met. <br />David Edwards and David Clinger, general <br />partner and architect for Lifestyle Homes, <br />gave a brief overview of the proposed <br />project . <br />Mayor Fauson asked if there was anyone that <br />wishes to speak to this resolution, either in <br />favor to or in opposition of, or has <br />questions regarding this proposal. <br />Tom Mayer, 580 Wildrose Way, was concerned <br />about the safety issues in regard to the <br />ponds. Is this development aimed for <br />families without children? <br />Clinger replied it is aimed for older people <br />without children. <br />Davidson asked if Clinger would be willing to <br />add as a condition to build the two ranch <br />style homes within 30 feet of Cherry Street <br />so it looks like a lower density. <br />Clinger replied that would not be a problem. <br />Hornbostel asked if a split rail fence could <br />be put up between the berming that is going <br />around the ponds. <br />Clinger stated that would not be problem. I <br />just would not want to see a six foot fence <br />along the area. <br />Davidson moved and Mayor Fauson seconded to <br />approve Resolution #10 Series 1990 with the <br />added two conditions, ranch style homes will <br />be built for the two homes within thirty feet <br />of Cherry Street and that a split rail fence <br />be placed between the berms. By Roll Call <br />vote motion passed 7-0. <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Mayor Fauson moved to recess for five <br />minutes, then proceed with an Executive <br />Session. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Council met in Executive Session and then <br />returned to Regular Business. <br />14 <br />
