Motion passed. <br />APPROVAL OF CITY ADMINIST'RATOR'S EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT <br />Williams gave a brief overview of <br />what is outlined in the contract <br />for the new city administrator per <br />the work session on May 3. <br />Fauson moved and Sackett seconded <br />to approve the employment agreement <br />for the new city administrator. By <br />Roll Call Vote motion passed 6-0. <br />DIRECTION - COMMUNITY BUILDING USAGE <br />Baysinger stated community services <br />has been contacted by Carolyn <br />Markham representing the Louisville <br />Arts and Humanities Council and the <br />Louisville Arts Commission regard- <br />ing usage of the community build- <br />ing. Dorothy Thomas representing <br />Spring Song, an adult day care <br />provider, has also submitted a <br />request for usage. <br />Doris Clements, 954 W. Alder <br />Street, asked that the council <br />consider using this building for <br />the arts and humanities council for <br />Louisville. It could become the <br />Louisville Community Arts Center <br />providing a vehicle and place for <br />all the arts to be shared by the <br />city. It would be a positive <br />addition to the direction of Louis- <br />ville. The role of the community <br />center is in your hands and I would <br />trust your final discussion or use <br />to be a working monument to the <br />
