in and the Code Enforcement Officer <br />will be contacted. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />Carnival asked for an update of the <br />Avista Water Line. <br />Phare stated that after the Council <br />meeting regarding the use of the <br />water line we did provide some <br />backup as to the cost for the <br />settlement. At this time I have <br />not heard from the hospital as of <br />yet. <br />Howard asked if there is a time <br />frame for getting this issue <br />resolved? <br />Phare stated there was no date set <br />to withdraw the offer and settle. <br />Davidson stated he would get in <br />contact with Mr. Beezley from <br />Avista and ask what is going on <br />with the issue. <br />Howard moved to have this issue <br />brought before the Council next <br />month and at that point if no <br />action has taken place we set a <br />date, seconded by Szymanski. <br />Motion passed. <br />Davidson stated the governor <br />announced a 1 million committee <br />recycling grant program of which <br />1/2 million dollars is available to <br />municipalities and counties such as <br />Louisville. I would like to see if <br />we can put something together and <br />see if we can get some of the <br />funds . <br />Baysinger stated he too has that <br />information and has already started <br />to work on it. <br />Williams stated the liquor license <br />for the Golf Course has been issued <br />by the state this week. One issue <br />has come up regarding the golf <br />course and I am meeting with their <br />attorney regarding two reports of <br />
