There have been traffic studies looking at Highway 42 and <br />South Boulder Road. Can you share information from them? <br />Russ says the Highway 42 Plan matched the Comp Plan and densities. The GDP is met by the <br />Highway 42 Plan and the Comp Plan. At PUD, the traffic lanes will be determined. General <br />traffic operation is consistent with the Highway 42 Plan. The most important issue of this portion <br />of Highway 42 is the Kaylix Avenue connection, which will become another north -south road to <br />South Boulder Road and the Christopher Shopping Center. <br />Russell asks about Parks Department feedback. <br />Russ says feedback from Parks is that they have no general concerns or comments. BCHA will take advantage of a new mechanism of State Low Income <br />Housing Tax Credit which is administered through the Colorado Housing Finance <br />
