L Cityot Louisville COLORADO • SINCF 1 S7S Local Licensing Authority Meeting Minutes January 26, 2015 City Hall, Council Chambers 749 Main Street 7:00 PM Call to Order — In the absence of the Chair and Vice - Chair, Authority member Hughes acted as Chair and called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: Authority Members Present: David Hughes, Matthew Machado, Tom Tennessen and Tim Hervey. Absent: John Carlson and Marguerite Lipton Staff Members Present: Melinda Culley — Light Kelly P.C. Ben Redard, Police Officer Carol Hanson, Deputy City Clerk Secretary Hanson introduced Tim Hervey, the newly appointed associate member to the Local Licensing Authority. Members welcomed him to the Authority. Approval of Agenda — Acting Chairperson Hughes called for changes to the agenda. Seeing no changes, the Agenda approved by consensus. Carlson and Lipton absent. Approval of Meeting Minutes — 12/08/14 — Hughes called for any changes to the minutes. Hughes noted on page 5, first paragraph, last sentence, it should read "not pulling the drink ". Machado moved to approve the minutes as amended. Tennessen seconded. All in favor. Minutes approved as amended. Carlson and Lipton absent. Approval of Consent Agenda - The following items on the Local Licensing Authority Agenda are considered routine by the Authority and the consent agenda as a whole shall be approved not as individual items, accepted, etc. by motion of the Authority and roll call vote unless the Local Licensing Authority or Authority Member specifically requests such item be considered under "Authority Business ".
