into the ditch and into the culvert and under
Hoover and into the homes. When our perma-
nent lines were put in the temporary line was
abandoned in place and never removed. I did
call repeatedly and no one came. When the
permanent line was put in they dug a trench
that went through Hoover Ave. to this day
there is a hump in the street. My major
concern is that you cannot get what you want,
you have to take what is included in the
package. I would like to be able to have
only what I want. I feel we are being mar-
keted to death.
Ron Woelfel, 646 Manorwood Lane.
Woelfel: The service and responses from Scripps Howard
is far less than can be expected. I have
been trying to get cable to my residence now
and I still can't get anyone out there. I
would like to know when the cable company is
going to put cable TV on Manorwood Lane in
Coal Creek Ranch.
Lori Dasgo, 925 Arapahoe Circle
Dasgo: I have just moved here from Gunbarrel. When
I was in Gunbarrel I had Jones Air Cable. I
would like you to know for the service that I
am getting now I pay more than twice as much
as when I had Jones Air Cable. I would also
like to take issue with the fact that they
charge $6.50 a month for the converter box.
I feel that I am inconvenienced with this box
but yet I have to pay this money for it. We
had cable installed about a month ago and
they have not yet come to bury the cable.
Robert Adolph, 1124 Franklin Ave.
Adolph: When we had our cable installed they did a
very poor job of doing it. Two years ago
they came and buried our cable and it still
isn't right. The service that I have is
very poor. Also I think it is a lot to pay
$6.50 a month for a converter box.
COUNCIL COMMENTS:
Howard: I know that when my neighbors and myself got
our cable in for a year and a half we had
cable sitting on top of our grass. My neigh-
bors decided to bury it themselves. I don't
