She felt the land dedication should be tied to the project. <br />Mayor Muckle was supportive of the annexation and agreed it meets the criteria for <br />annexation. He had concerns over the non - profit use of commercial spaces. He agreed <br />with Council member Stolzmann relative to the road connection. He asked if Kaylix is <br />connectable. Planning and Building Safety Director Russ explained Kaylix is <br />connectable to the south through the Lanterns subdivision. <br />Council member Stolzmann reminded the BCHA the Louisville Elementary School will <br />soon reach capacity. <br />MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved to renumber the ordinances as follows: The <br />annexation ordinance will be 1679 and the zoning ordinance will be 1680, seconded by <br />Mayor Pro Tem Dalton. All were in favor.
