Wednesday is Youth Fun Day, Thursday is the Water Carnival, and Saturday will be the Family <br />Tennis Tournament. On three Fridays there will be the Friday Arts Celebration Concerts from 7:00 <br />p.m. until 8:30 p.m. beginning Friday, July 14 at Memory Square Park, July 21 at Heritage Park, and <br />July 28 at Cottonwood Park. He gave recognition and presented a plaque to the Open Space Master <br />Plan Task Force for receiving the 1995 Organization Citation. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1192, SERIES 1995 - AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS AND <br />PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT THERE OF - 2ND READING - PUBLIC <br />HEARING (PUBL. LSVL. TIMES 6/10/95) <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1192, Series 1995, "An ordinance amending Title 17 of the <br />Louisville Municipal Code Relating to the Planned Unit Developments and providing for the <br />enforcement thereofi" <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that this was limited to only residential PUDs. There was an <br />additional provision that required a mandatory PUD review for multi-family development containing <br />six or more units. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing calling for anyone wishing to speak on this ordinance. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments, questions, or motions. <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1192, Series 1995, on second and final reading. <br />Seconded by Keany. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1193, SERIES 1995 - REPEALING AND RE-ENACTING CHAPTER <br />17.68 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE, ADDING REGULATIONS <br />PERTAINING TO OIL AND GAS FACILITY DEVELOPMENT, REGULATION OF USES <br />ADJACENT TO OIL AND GAS WELLS, AND AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF <br />CHAPTER 8.24 AND 17.16 - 2ND READING - PUBLIC HEARING (PUBL. LSVL. TIMES <br />6/24/95) <br /> <br />Gdffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1193, Series 1995, "An ordinance repealing and re-enacting <br />Chapter 17.68 of the Louisville Municipal Code, adding regulations pertaining to oil and gas facility <br />development, and regulation of uses adjacent to oil and gas wells and amending certain sections of <br />Chapters 8.24 and 17.16 in conformance therewith." <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that this ordinance provided for oil and gas production in any <br />zoned district in the City with special review use. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />
