City Council <br /> Meeting Minutes <br /> March 18, 2014 <br /> Page 20 of 20 <br /> Council member Loo reported the Friends of the Arboretum will be presenting a <br /> program on seeds on March 27th at the Recreation Center. <br /> Mayor Muckle requested a future agenda item on the Emerald Ash Borer. <br /> Council member Jasiak announced her decision to resign from City Council. Her last <br /> day on Council will be March 20, 2014. She explained she is working with a PR firm in <br /> San Francisco, has two young children and cannot commit the time needed to serve on <br /> City Council. She thanked her colleagues, her supporters, the public and staff. She <br /> stated she was proud to serve the City of Louisville and the residents of Ward I. <br /> Mayor Muckle recognized and thanked Council member Jasiak for her service. He <br /> stated the City will begin a process to replace the Council member in Ward I. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved to adjourn, seconded by Mayor Pro Tern Dalton.
