Louisville Sustainability Advisory Board <br />Meeting Minutes: Wednesday, February 18, 2015 <br />City Hall, 749 Main Street, Spruce Room <br />I. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Chair Mark Persichetti. Meeting <br />Minutes taken by Jim Bradford. <br />II.Roll Call: (Members present in bold): Jim Bradford, Mary Ann Heaney (tele), David Hsu, <br />Claudia Lenz, Mark Persichetti; Justine Vigil-Tapia; Jamie Bartlett, City-Staff Liaison Dave <br />Szabados; City-City Manager Malcom Fleming, Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Specialist- <br />Boulder County Lea Yancy <br />III.Approval of Current-Meeting’s Agenda: Approved without modification. <br />IV.Approval of January 21, Meeting Minutes: The minutes from the January 21, 2014 meeting <br />were approved. <br />V. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda: <br />Lea Yancey has started a community sustainability newsletter and also mentioned that Boulder <br />County Grants deadline is coming. <br />I came to our attention that the LSAB Annual report is needed tomorrow, and so much of the meeting <br />addressed its development. Presentation to Council is tomorrow (2/19/2015) and Justine will make <br />the presentation. <br />VI.Malcom’s Jay’s Minute: Get involved in volunteer zero waste effort. Tom Brophy still interested <br />in running zero waste at Street Faire - with conditions. City wants us to consider non-rotating LSAB <br />chair to improve communications. Provided thanks for LSAB input. <br />VII.Dave’s Minute: Has residential solid waste summary report. City attained 50% diversion factor. <br />Dave and Mark serve on Boulder County Resource Conversation Board. <br />VIII.Presentation / Annual report for City Council <br />LSAB Annual report and presentation tomorrow, and so much of the meeting addressed its <br />development. Presentation to Council is tomorrow, 2/19/2015.
