Board of Adjustment <br />Meeting Minutes <br />January 21, 2015 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br /> <br />Robinson stated it was for safety and a locking gate is required. <br />Applicant Presentation and questions from the Board to the applicant: <br />Bobby Reilly, legal representative for the applicant/owner, stated he agreed with staff’s <br />assessment and spoke to the pool cover being installed. <br />Stuart asked if the pool cover was the entire safety or is there a fence as well. <br />Reilly stated there is already a fence there which encloses the yard and the pool area. <br />Public Present in Opposition of Application: <br />None heard. <br />Public Present in Favor of Application: <br />None heard. <br />Public Hearing Closed / Board Discussion: <br />Stuart stated he agreed with staff, all criteria had been met, and the addition will have <br />little impact on the neighborhood. <br />Malmquist stated he agreed with Stuart and believes a 5’ fence would be out of <br />character for the remaining neighborhood, which has 4’ fences. <br />Meseck agreed with the other members. <br />Meseck made a motion to approve.
